B, Et. 3, Ap. 301, Comuna Ștefăneștii de Jos, Județul Ilfov), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through provetto.eu, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our estimate form or by email/WhatsApp: name, phone number, email address, property details, and any message you include.
• Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP) if analytics are enabled in future.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a property estimate or service.
• To manage a property, brokerage, or renovation engagement if you become a client.
• To improve the website and understand how it's used.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (submitting the form), to take steps toward a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, communication tools) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client. If you become a client, records connected to your service agreement are kept for as long as required by Romanian accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years for financial records), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at office@provetto.eu to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
